Need to delete your account? Use the form below to request deletion of your DirectPort account and associated data. This page is the official Delete account URL for the Google Play listing of DirectPort by DirectPort.

How to request deletion

  1. Submit the form with the email used to sign in to DirectPort and (optionally) your Tenant/Company.
  2. Verify ownership via the confirmation email we’ll send to that address.
  3. We deactivate access within 7 days of confirmation and queue your data for deletion.
  4. Deletion completes after our retention windows (see “What gets deleted or kept”). You’ll receive a final confirmation.

What if I signed up with Google/Apple?
Use the same email in the form; we verify via that address regardless of sign-in method.
How do tenants with multiple users handle deletion?
Only tenant owners/admins can request organization-wide deletion. Mention your tenant in the form.
