Need to delete your account? Use the form below to request deletion of your DirectPort account and associated data. This page is the official Delete account URL for the Google Play listing of DirectPort by DirectPort.

How to request deletion

Submit the form with the email used to sign in to DirectPort and (optionally) your Tenant/Company.
Verify ownership via the confirmation email we’ll send to that address.
We deactivate access within 7 days of confirmation and queue your data for deletion.
Deletion completes after our retention windows (see “What gets deleted or kept”). You’ll receive a final confirmation.

What gets deleted or kept

Below is a summary for the DirectPort service.

Deleted

• Account profile & authentication data
• App content & configurations you created (e.g., vessels, voyages, templates)
• Uploaded files & stored documents (unless legally required to keep)
• Non-essential usage analytics

Kept (limited)

• Financial records (invoices, tax docs) retained up to 7 years where required by law (e.g., EU accounting).
• Security/audit logs retained up to 12 months to detect fraud/abuse.
• Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis; residual encrypted copies may exist up to 30 days.

Timeline

• Account access deactivation: within 7 days after ownership verification.
• Primary data deletion: within 30 days after deactivation.
• Final purge from backups/logs: up to 30 days (backups) and 12 months (logs); statutory financial retention up to 7 years.

Portability

If you need a copy of your data before deletion, mention it in the notes above or email privacy@directport.eu.

Can I cancel a deletion request?

Yes—reply to the verification email before deactivation completes (within 7 days).

What if I signed up with Google/Apple?

Use the same email in the form; we verify via that address regardless of sign-in method.

How do tenants with multiple users handle deletion?

Only tenant owners/admins can request organization-wide deletion. Mention your tenant in the form.
